Our products
Whether you are a contractor, developer, public authority or similar, we have a living wall solution for you. Our patented Vertical Meadow systems are easy to install (no specialist installers), grow plants from seed in place (no live plants to transport to site), and have minimal maintenance requirements (one annual cut, plus simple monitoring by the site team and us remotely). Turn on the water and watch them grow, with shoots starting to appear within ten days...

Cost effective
Growing plants from seed in place means no costs associated with the growing and transportation of live plants to the site. A simple inspection app used by the site team, remote monitoring by Vertical Meadow and one or two annual cuts, plus minimal maintenance costs.
Easy to install
Each of our systems has been designed with knowledge of the construction industry. Materials and fixing methods are standard and can be easily installed by the site team or existing contractors, rather than a specialist installer. No live plants greatly simplify installation logistics.
Easy to maintain
Our systems grow and change with the seasons, just like meadows and parkland, and only require one or two annual cuts. Basic monitoring can be undertaken by the site team as part of their daily rounds using a simple inspection app, and Vertical Meadow monitors weather, power and water supply remotely, making adjustments and sending alerts as required.
Environmental friendly
Growing plants from seed in place means none of the carbon emissions associated with growing plants in greenhouses and shipping them to the site (usually from overseas) in plastic pots. Materials have been selected to be reusable, recycled, recyclable or biodegradable where possible, and we’re always seeking to make improvements. We minimise packaging and even deliver to the site by bicycle in London.
Visually interesting
We believe there’s joy to be had in watching plants grow from seed, and change and evolve with the seasons. Our walls have a natural aesthetic, just like real nature. We can also print bespoke text, and patterns on the front layer of our systems so that you can communicate a message even before the plants take hold.
Safe and reliable
Our systems have been designed with the fire safety front of mind. We use non-combustible materials wherever possible and each system has been tested by Warrington Fire to British and European standards. Plants dying can be a worry, but site inspections and detailed remote monitoring ensure that we spot and resolve any potential issues quickly. Many successful installations mean we know exactly what to look out for.
A simple and unique approach to bring nature into your projects with real impact
Meadow Cladding
Our patented and proven rainscreen facade greening solution follows our principles of growing from seed, being construction-friendly and requiring minimal maintenance. It has been designed by our team of façade engineers and horticultural experts and will help developers and local authorities to achieve BREEAM points, and meet Biodiversity Net Gain and Urban Greening Factors, increasingly stipulated by planning authorities.
We have partnered with leading façade manufacturer Sotech to deliver Meadow Cladding in the UK under the brand name "Optima Meadow". The system has been designed, prototyped and tested to the highest levels and is now available to view at sites across the UK and specify through the Sotech technical team. Find out more here.
